Welcome
The Village of Sedley is a progressive family community with a population of approximately 367 (2021 Census) and continually growing. A short drive from Regina, Sedley is the first significant community on Highway 33.
Sedley has a wealth of amenities including a credit union, convenience store, hotel/pub, skating rink, New Horizon’s Community Centre, Prairie Lily Senior’s Housing complex, Gym Hall (which is available to rent for events such as weddings, anniversaries & socials) and a school with grades Kindergarten to Grade 8. High school students are bused a short distance to Vibank School. We are a community with a mix of young families, and retirees.
We provide our residents peace of mind with our Volunteer Fire Department and 1stResponders team.
We acknowledge that we are on the traditional territory of the Nehiyan/Cree, Saulteaux, Dakota, Lakota, Nakota and formerly Blackfoot lands.

- Planned Power OutageThere will be a planned power outage on July 26th from 9 am – 1 pm which will affect 200 – 400 blocks of Martin Street/Crescent and Broadway Street. As this outage will affect the lift station, we are asking you to limit the amount of water you let go down the drain – IT WILL NOT AFFECT INTERRUPT WATER SERVICE, but when you flush, or drain your sink, run your water – it goes to the lift station, which will not be operable during this time. We thank you for your cooperation.
