Building Permits

Building permits are issued by Sedley for the following:

–          New deck construction

–          New building construction

–          Accessory building construction (any building larger than 10’ x 10’)

–          Permit Fee is dependent on type of construction.

Most building permits will also require inspections by Sedley’s contracted building inspection company Professional Building Inspections.  More information can be found at this link:  pro-inspections.ca/permits
