Public notice is hereby given that Village of Sedley council intends to adopt a bylaw under The Planning and Development Act 2007 to amend Bylaw No. 94, known as the Zoning Bylaw. INTENT – The proposed amendment will amend the non-permitted uses of C-Commercial to include: Auto wreckers, cement plant, aggregate plant, asphalt production facility, animal product/by-product processing plant, feed lot, pulp/paper mill, composting facilities, smelting factories AFFECTED LAND The affected land is described as M 71R01433 with a civic address of 100 Railway Avenue. REASON The reason for the amendment is to ensure businesses within Village limits are in line with the mission, vision and values of the Village of Sedley.
